PT. Central Java Power (CJP) is a finance company engaged in Indonesia’s electricity and power supply sector. CJP owns the Tanjung Jati B Coal Fired Power Plant Unit 1-4 (“TJB 1-4”) and leases them to PT PLN (Persero), while overseeing key operational and fuel-related activities through its Operating Committee. CJP takes pride in supporting Indonesia’s electricity sector through the continued operation of the TJB 1-4.

CJP manages TJB 1-4 with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, equipping the facility with advanced systems such as Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) that capture up to 99.3% of fly ash, Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) to reduce sulphur emissions, Ash Pond facilities for safe solid waste handling, and a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) for compliant liquid waste management. These measures ensure that TJB 1-4 operates as an environmentally responsible power generation unit while supporting continuous sustainability improvements.
